What ingredients do you use?
We use natural tea leaves, flowers, and herbs to create our unique flavours. Each plotting and mountain area of Yunnan contributes different flavour profiles, resulting in a rich and diverse taste experience. Every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure quality and enhance your tea-drinking enjoyment.
What temperature should I use to brew tea pearls and cakes?
For our Yunnan large leaves tea, we recommend boiling water at 100°C (212°F). Thanks to the robust nature of these large leaves, they can withstand higher temperatures without compromising flavour or nutrients. This means you can enjoy a perfectly brewed cup without the stress or hassle of getting the temperature just right!
